A · At a glance

One-line definition

SPYNO is a wearable digital-counter-surveillance device. It continuously monitors six classes of surveillance signals around the operator and, when authorised by an active subscription, can suppress the specific threats it identifies through four independent protocol-level countermeasures.

Headlines under thirty words

  • SPYNO is the first wearable that detects digital surveillance and surgically neutralises it — within the law.
  • A patent-pending fob that finds the AirTag in your bag, the hidden camera in your hotel room, and the bug across the table.
  • Personal counter-surveillance, in service of the operator.
  • Six detection vectors. Four active counter-vectors. One device.
  • The first US Utility patent application on multi-vector personal counter-surveillance with a lawful active mode.
C · Words we use, words we don\'t

Vocabulary the brand holds

We use

  • Operator — not "user"
  • Threat — not "alert" or "notification"
  • Suppress — not "block" or "jam"
  • Field — RF or NFC field, not "signal" generically
  • Engagement — not "session" or "use case"
  • In service of the operator — never "for users"

We don\'t use

  • Spy / spy gadget — adversary frame
  • Paranoid — delegitimises the threat
  • Smart / AI-powered — commodity language
  • Jammer / killer — incorrect and legally risky
  • AirTag killer — we do not destroy or permanently disable any device
  • Anti-stalker device — too narrow; SPYNO is also EP, hospitality, defence-tech
D · Founder quotes

Cleared for direct attribution

There are roughly 1.8 billion AirTag-class trackers in circulation. Every traveller, executive, and journalist is within range of multiple every day. The market answer was either "detector apps that tell you you're paranoid" or "illegal jammers." We built the third option.

— Serhii Nikolaichuk · Founder & CEO · On why SPYNO exists

SPYNO doesn't broadcast noise. It speaks the same protocols the threat already speaks, and it speaks them only at threats it has classified. The acoustic vector is outside FCC jurisdiction entirely. The protocol vectors are MAC-targeted and subscription-gated. That posture is the product, as much as the silicon is.

— Serhii Nikolaichuk · On the legal posture

The hardware is a commodity in 2026. The patent estate, the legal framework, and the subscription architecture together — that's what takes eighteen months to replicate. We have a head start, and we are using it.

G · Embargo policy

How coverage is co-ordinated pre-launch

Pre-launch coverage is by invitation only and under embargo. Launch date, embargoed materials, and exclusive interview windows are co-ordinated by the founder directly until a dedicated press partner is engaged at Series A.

We follow a 48-hour response SLA on press requests during business days, and we credit accurate technical reporting in a forthcoming "Hall of correctness" page once the product is live. Reporters who quote claims contradicted by the data on this site will be quietly corrected; reporters who frame the product as "another AirTag killer" will be quietly redirected to the vocabulary we hold.

Coverage requests

Reach the founder directly.

For embargoed asset access, founder interviews, or coverage scheduling, request through the Operator Brief form. Mark "Press" in the engagement field and we will route accordingly.
